Jared Torres is the head trainer and owner of Anvil Strength.
He has a BS in exercise science and is a certified Sports Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting, but more importantly, a wealth of experience in training people of all walks of life.
Whether you are an eighty year-old grandmother, or a competitive athlete, he's probably worked with someone like you before.
You can be confident that he will find a path that takes you to your goal.
One-on-one training. If you don't work well with others, this may be the option for you!
Price: $50-60 per session, depending on number of sessions per week.
I prefer this method of training for most clients. You will receive just as much individual attention as one-on-one training, but with the energy and camaraderie of training with one or two other partners.
Each person still follows an individual training plan, this is NOT cookie cutter group training.
Price: $35-45 per session, depending on number of sessions per week.

This consists of one consultation session plus a session where we go over the program, diet, etc.
Stephenye- "I have struggled with weight most of my adult life and finally declared on my 39th birthday that enough was enough! I started working out with Jared in October 2008. At almost 5’8”, I weighed about 175 pounds, had a 34” waist, 44.25” hips and 26” thighs. I was wearing a size 16. I was not happy and I needed a change.
